&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;All Bran&lt;/em&gt;: One of my all time favourite breakfast cereals. I would eat it every single day but I already get a lot of fibre in my diet, and I don’t think my digestive system would thank me :p&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Porridge Oats&lt;/em&gt;: Perfect for a quick and easy warm breakfast or mixed into smoothies.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Muesli&lt;/em&gt;: I will never get bored of muesli, there are endless variations. I’m looking forward to creating my own mix when this stuff is used up.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Seed mix&lt;/em&gt;: I eat these with raisins and nuts; mixed into porridge; sprinkled over salads. &lt;li&gt;cooking spray&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;Directions: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;span&gt;Preheat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; oven to 350°. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Steam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; broccoli with a little water for about 6-7 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;span&gt;When broccoli is cooked, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;mash&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; into smaller pieces and &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;add&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; olive oil, salt and pepper.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Mix &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;span&gt;Spray&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; cupcake tin with cooking spray and spoon broccoli mixture evenly into 9 tins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;span&gt;In a medium bowl, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;beat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;egg whites, eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Pour&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; into the greased tins over broccoli until a little more than 3/4 full. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Top&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; with grated cheddar and&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; bake&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; in the oven until cooked, about 20 minutes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Serve&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; immediately. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Wrap&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; any leftovers in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator to enjoy during the week.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Today I am feeling so motivated and I have even planned my weekend away food intake. Next week I am going to start going to the gym before work again. I feel so flabby right now! &lt;/p&gt;
