I am back. Again, trying to lose around half a stone.
Today I am feeling so motivated and I have even planned my weekend away food intake. Next week I am going to start going to the gym before work again. I feel so flabby right now!
Today I have eaten:
B: Croissant (Not the healthiest choice I know, but I go away tomorrow so didn’t go food shopping) and a cuppa
L: Shepherd’s pie. (Low fat)
D: Haddock with rice and vegetables.
Snacks were pineapple and a fun sized milky way.
